Display Fabrication Services & Capabilities including Bending, CNC Machining, Welding, Finishing using metal substrates in forms of tubing, sheet, and wire. Here are some of our in-house display fabrication services and capabilities: Acid Engraving: Metal acid etching services. Bending: Capable of bending up to 10' in length, with 100 tons in ram and CNC controlled back gauges. Source One can bend a variety of small and large parts in both thin and thick metals. CNC Lathe & Mill: Machining and full complement of conventional equipment. CNC Punching & Cutting: Various Presses ranging from 20T to 60T. Tool & Die in-house capabilities. Cutting machinery includes Do All Band Saw, Cut Off Saw, Power Saw “Peerless”, Band Saw MS01, Cut Off Saw FB-09, Carolina Power Hacksaw, Trimming Machine. Deburring: Drilling, Forming, Grinding, Milling, Riveting, Shearing, Spot Welding, Stud Welding, Stud Welding, Surface Finishing, MIG and TIG Welding. Machining: CNC Machining and a full complement of conventional equipment. Welding: MIG and TIG Welding on steel, stainless steel and aluminum. 2 Fanuc Robotic Cells. 2 Robotic MIG Welders, 3 TIG Miller set-ups, Spot Welding, Stud Welding Wire Capabilities: Bending, stamping, welding, fabrication of welded wire components. Stamping: Short Run: Wide variety of CNC Turret Punch presses, laser cutting. Long Run: Complete tool room with complete tool design and in-house tool development. We will then run the job on our power presses up to 75 ton capacity with or without automatic feed. Finishing: Source One has a variety of finishing equipment including vibratory deburring, tumbling, graining up to 30" wide and some buffing and polishing. Tubing: With a built-in rotary chuck and adaptable live center, Source One can fabricate almost any contour in square, rectangular or round tubing. Laser Cutting : Source One has the capability of cutting your most involved shapes with our CO2 lasers. CAD/CAM: Source One has the ability to take your electronic files in almost every format.  We have the latest versions of SolidWorks as well as several other CAD packages. Project Management: We project manage any POP display project that comes our way. Our project management team is involved from inception to shipping - including engineering, quality control and fulfillment.
